Built, Tested, and Ready to Scale

Over the past five years, Enlightened India Foundation has independently built a robust evidence to advocacy model. Led by young women, our interventions have reached 46+ villages and impacted over 3,000 children and community members. With a proven foundation in place, we are now seeking three types of strategic partners to help scale and deepen this impact.

Program Partners

Institutions, schools, government bodies, and community organizations looking to co-implement proven interventions.

If you are an organization working on the ground, we can integrate our frameworks into your existing operations.

  • How We Collaborate: This could involve deploying our Adaptive Skills curricula within your school settings, establishing new Learning Hubs in your target villages, or co-hosting civic literacy workshops to build accountability in communities you already serve.

  • The Exchange: We bring a heavily stress-tested model, a trained execution team, and a rigorous evidence base. You bring geographic reach and expanded community access.

Funding Partners

CSR arms, institutional funders, foundations, and grant-making bodies looking to resource a scalable, self-sustaining model.

We are not asking you to fund an experiment. We are asking you to scale an engine that is already running.

  • Lean by Design: Our programs are highly resource-efficient. This is not just a result of financial constraints; lean, zero-infrastructure architecture is a deliberate strategic choice that has kept our interventions operational, agile, and high-yielding for over five years.

  • The Impact: Your investment does not go toward heavy overhead or starting something from scratch. It directly scales a proven, community-embedded operation that turns evidence into immediate structural action.

Policy & Research Partners

Government departments, academic institutions, and development organizations seeking verified field data and community pilots.

If your work sits at the intersection of rural development, educational reform, women’s economic agency, or local governance, there is a clear basis for collaboration.

  • Our Assets: We operate an active, all-women evidence-gathering unit across rural Kangra. We currently offer two published baseline assessments (2026), a historical health and well-being pilot (2023–24), and an active civic grievance dashboard.

  • The Application: We offer a platform for research collaboration, generating undeniable, household-level data to inform your high-level policy design, or running community-embedded pilots to test institutional frameworks before widespread rollout.

OUR COMMITMENT

What Every Partner Gets

Regardless of the partnership type, our baseline offer remains exactly the same:
A fully transparent, evidence-backed organization with a half-decade of uninterrupted, independent operation. You are partnering with a grassroots, women-led team that is deeply embedded in the communities it serves, utilizing a model that is completely ready to grow.
