PARTNER WITH US

Build rural futures alongside us

EIF has spent five years building and proving a community-led model without external funding. Now we are ready to scale — and we are looking for partners who believe in the same kind of change we do. Long-term, community-owned, women-led, and evidence-driven.

WHY PARTNER WITH US

What makes EIF a strong partner

We are not an early-stage organisation seeking to prove our model. We are a grassroots organisation with five years of field-tested programs, documented outcomes, and deep community trust — now ready to scale responsibly.

Community-owned model

Programs are designed and delivered by trained local women leaders — ensuring genuine ownership and sustainability beyond any funding cycle.

Five years of field evidence

Annual reports, household surveys, learning assessments, and community research documenting real outcomes across villages. Not promises — proof.

Cost-efficient delivery structure

Our low-infrastructure model maximises impact per rupee. Built to run in resource-constrained settings — every contribution goes directly to communities.

Connected system — not silos

Five interconnected programs working together. When you support one pillar, you strengthen the whole. No isolated interventions that disappear after a project ends.

WAYS TO PARTNER

Five ways to work with us

Every partner engagement is shaped around your goals and our community’s needs. These are the five primary ways organisations and individuals collaborate with EIF.

01 · PROGRAM

Program Partnerships

Co-implement education, digital literacy, and leadership programs with schools, local institutions, and civil society organisations across rural areas.

  • Joint program design and delivery
  • School and institution integration
  • Co-branded community initiatives
  • Shared monitoring and evaluation

02 · FUNDING

Funding & Grants

  • Unrestricted operational support
  • Pilot funding for new initiatives
  • Multi-year partnership agreements

  • Joint community research projects
  • Policy brief co-authorship
  • Data sharing and field access
  • Academic and think-tank collaborations

04 · CAPACITY

Capacity Building Support

Support training, curriculum development, monitoring systems, and organisational development that strengthens EIF’s long-term impact and reach.

  • Training design and facilitation
  • Technology and digital tools
  • Monitoring and evaluation systems
  • Organisational development advisory

05 · KNOWLEDGE & ADVISORY

Knowledge Partnerships & Pro-Bono Support

We welcome collaboration with professionals, academics, and institutions offering expertise in education, research, governance, legal, communications, or organisational development. If you have skills that can strengthen our work — we’d love to hear from you.

  • Education & curriculum experts
  • Research & data professionals
  • Legal & compliance advisory
  • Communications & design
  • Governance & nonprofit management
  • Technology & digital systems
WHAT WE BRING TO THE PARTNERSHIP

What every partner gets from working with EIF

A partnership with EIF is not a donation into a black box. Every partner has full visibility into field operations, documented outcomes, and community relationships built over years.

Access to documented field evidence

Annual reports, household surveys, learning assessments, and community research — all available to partners for reference and co-publication.

Direct community relationships

Four years of trust built with village leaders, sarpanches, schools, and families across 23+ villages in Kangra district.

A proven, replicable model

Five interconnected program pillars tested and refined over four years — ready to scale to new geographies with the right support.

Women leaders trained and ready

A pipeline of trained community women leaders who can independently run, manage, and sustain programs in their own villages.

Civic & governance infrastructure

An active grievance reporting system connecting communities directly to government departments — a live, growing civic data asset.

Full transparency & accountability

Registered Non-Profit Trust, NGO Darpan registered, annual reports publicly available, clear governance structure and board oversight.

OUR APPROACH

What we will and won't do

We are selective about partnerships because the communities we work with deserve partners who share our values. These are our commitments to every partnership — and our non-negotiables.

What we commit to every partner

Full transparency on finances and outcomes

Annual reports, financial statements, and program data shared openly with all partners.

Community agency always protected

No program or partnership will override the wishes and priorities of the communities we serve.

Regular field updates and reporting

Partners receive regular program updates, field stories, and documented evidence of impact.

Long-term relationship over transactional engagement

We build partnerships designed to last and grow — not short-term project engagements.

What we will not do

✕ Engage in short-term visibility-driven interventions that prioritise donor optics over community benefit.

✕ Accept conditions that compromise community agency or override locally-led decision making.

✕ Report inflated or unverified impact numbers to satisfy partner expectations.

✕ Run programs that create dependency rather than building local ownership and sustainability.

A PARTNER'S PERSPECTIVE

"

I observed a fully youth-led education ecosystem operating with clarity, responsibility, and local ownership. The level of community trust and independence these young women had built was remarkable — and deeply inspiring to witness firsthand.
